30-Days Return Policy
We offer 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility
Your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item should be in the original packaging.
To facilitate and expedite your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items shall be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Damages and Related Issues
Please inspect your order upon the reception if found defective, damaged or received a wrong item, please contact immediately to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable
There are certain items which cannot be returned, including but not limited to perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or any personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous, flammable, or gaseous products.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If a commodity is being shipped to the European Union, you reserve the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any reason withheld. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt issued shall also be required.

Refunds
Once the return request is received and inspected upon, refund will be approved afterwards. Upon approval, refund will be processed to the original mode within 10 business days. Please be patient that it may take some time for bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@zluri.com.
